Much Needed Affordable Housing

PSW have been working with Sempra Homes and Basildon Council over the past year to help provide much needed affordable family housing in the borough.

The first tranche of handovers were achieved in February 2017 and they will continue through 2017 and into 2018.

PSW have fulfilled the role of Employers Agent and also monitored quality throughout the build which has been a pleasure due to Redrow’s approach to collaborative working and the clients decisiveness.

This project has been a real success story for Basildon Council and Sempra Homes and PSW hope that their future developments are equally successful.
