Finalist – Best Regeneration Project

We are pleased to announce that ‘The Brook’ has been shortlisted for the Best Regeneration Project in this year’s Inside Housing Awards.

PSW have been working with MHS Homes over the past 4-5 years to transform a part of Chatham in Kent known as The Brook. This area was in a poor state of repair and the accommodation substandard. A plan was therefore put in place to select  strategic sites to clear and redevelop.

PSW were appointed on the following three separate contracts and our involvement was from inception to completion. These developments became known collectively as the ‘Brook Regeneration Area’ which has been recognised by industry experts as worthy of being shortlisted for this prestigious award.

BPTW were the architects responsible for all of the schemes and provided excellent advice and produced incredible designs which have improved the lives of local residents as well as the appearance and feel of the area.

The winners will be announced at a black tie ceremony at London’s prestigious Hurlingham Club in London on 23 November.
