CHP Framework Appointment

PSW are delighted to be reappointed to CHP’s Consultants Framework.

We have been working with CHP since being included on their previous framework in 2012. Since then we have worked on more than a dozen new build developments with them.

CHP are a fantastic organisation based in Chelmsford, Essex. They provide high-quality affordable homes to rent and buy and have two main aims – to provide excellent services and to increase the supply of affordable homes to those in need.

They are one of approximately 2,000 housing associations in the UK, and they work closely with residents, local authorities, private sector companies, other charitable agencies and public sector bodies to constantly improve the services they provide.

As a Framework Consultant we are able to work closely with CHP’s delivery teams and understand their specific needs and procedures which results in an improved service with high levels of client satisfaction.
